Shipping Policy
How long will it take to get my order?
All packages from Guild Of The Arcane are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail or UPS Ground. First Class mail can take between 1-3 days after USPS has received the package. Priority Mail takes 2 days after USPS has received the package unless there is a delay. UPS can take 1-4 days depending on your location in the US.
Please allow 1-3 days after your order has been processed for handling time. I typically try and get all orders packaged and sent to the post office the same day before 5 pm eastern. If your order comes in after this time, it will be sent to the post office the next business day!
During the holidays, be sure to order ahead of time in case of shipping delays!
Do you use plastic in your shipping?
I try my best to reduce the number of plastics used in my packaging and shipping. I use biodegradable peanuts for stuffing, tissue paper, and soaps are packaged in kraft paper boxes with paper labels.
Oops! I put the wrong address on my order! What do I do?!
Quickly send me an email through the contact page! As long as the order hasn't yet been processed, I will correct the error for you. If it has already been processed, I am so sorry. You will have to reorder.
